Lola was starting to make her mark as an up and coming western pleasure mare back in 2007 with her 4th place finish in 3 year Western Pleasure and a Top 10 finish in the Non Pro Western Pleasure. Unfortunately, as promising as it was looking, she got cast in a stall and was never able to make it back to the pen again. Today, she is a broodmare and is in foal for 2012 to AQHA Congress Western Pleasure Champion, Intuition Only (see reference) .

This mare is a full sister to World Champion and World Champion sire, Sudden Impulse (see reference) and maternal sister to QH Congress 2x Reserve Champion, Illusive Invitation. Stella has had 3 foals that have been great minded, slow legged, and great hocked by 2 different sires. She has definitely turned out to be a producer like her full and maternal siblings. Zips Illusion was one heck of a broodmare and it looks like Stella may follow in her mother’s hoofprints.

Melody has over $4600.00 in NSBA winnings. I bought Melody specifically for her maternal bloodlines as Becky’s Melody was a superior show horse and superior producer, regardless of who you bred her to. I believe that Melody will follow closely behind as she begins her broodmare career.

This full sister to, Reserve Color Equine Classic Champion, Three Chips has just begun her broodmare career with producing, Simon Says Hug Me. An own daughter of Zips Chocolate Chip (see reference) and 2 time Reserve World Champion winner and World Champion producer, Hug Me Zippo (see reference) we wouldn’t expect anything less than greatness. With the looks of it, she might just be that, a top producer, only time will tell. What we do know is that she produced a gorgeous filly, with a doll head, slow legs, and that personality needed to succeed in the pen. Ruby as we call her has Open ROMs in both Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle with very limited showing.
